THE ORIGINAL HAWAIIAN POKE'

Pokè Bowls are typical dishes of traditional Hawaiian cuisine.
The main ingredient of this dish is raw fish cut into cubes. In fact, the term Poke, pronounced poh-kay, according to Ulukau, literally means "to cut into cubes".
The origin of this dish is due to the habit of Hawaiian fishermen to consume raw fish cut into small pieces directly on boats as a quick snack.
Thanks to its characteristic of being a healthy food, with low caloric intake and abundant quantities of omega-3 fatty acids, the poké has found success all over the world, first in the USA and then establishing itself in Europe.
